1. All add-ons require with the Ground Package.

2. Final price may vary depending on your cat’s condition upon arrival.

3. Our groomers may suggest additional treatment if necessary — only with your approval, no surprise charges!

4. Please inform us if you have any special grooming requests.

5. Inform us of any medical issues or behavioral concerns we should be aware of.

6. For kittens under 6 months, full bath is included by default. If you prefer wipes only, please let us know in advance.

7. All treatments are subject to your cat’s behavior and temperament.

8. Bookings are non-refundable.
