By making a booking and/or payment with HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect the health, safety, and comfort of all cats in our care, as well as to safeguard our staff and business.
1. Booking & Payment.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel, or check out early, no refunds will be given.
HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time if conditions are not met (see Health & Safety).
2. Vaccination & Health Requirements.
All cats must be fully vaccinated with a valid vaccination card as proof. We reserve the right to refuse entry if vaccination proof is not provided, and booking fees will be forfeited.
Cats must be in good health before boarding – no flu, fever, diarrhea, or other contagious illness.
Cats with fleas, ticks, or skin parasites will not be accepted. If detected upon arrival, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE may request a recent vet health certificate if deemed necessary.
3. Owner Responsibilities.
Owners must declare any medical conditions, allergies, special needs, or behavioral issues before check-in.
All cats must arrive in a secure carrier.
Owners must provide enough food and medication (if required) for the duration of the stay. Clear written instructions must be given.
4. Care & Liability.
While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of your cat, HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE will not be held liable for illness, injury, escape, or death due to natural causes or pre-existing conditions.
In case of medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest clinic. Owners are responsible for all vet fees and transportation costs.
HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE will not be held responsible for cats that refuse to eat, drink, or use the litter box, as these are stress-related behaviors beyond our control.
5. Boarding Conditions.
Cats from different households will not be mixed in the same room.
Personal items (blankets, toys, etc.) may be left at the owner’s risk. HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE is not responsible for loss or damage.
For safety, aggressive or uncontrollable cats may be refused boarding.
6. Check-In & Check-Out Policy.
Standard Check-In: From 9:00 AM onwards
Standard Check-Out: By 6:00 PM
Early Check-In.
Check-in before 9:00 AM will incur an additional charge of RM10.00 per hour, per room.
Example: If a guest arrives at 6:00 AM, the total early check-in fee will be RM30.00 per room.
Late Check-Out.
A 15-minute grace period is provided after 6:00 PM.
Check-out beyond 6:15 PM will incur an additional charge of RM10.00 per hour, per room.
Example: If two cats are checked out at 8:00 PM, the total late check-out fee will be RM20.00.
7. Abandonment Policy.
Cats must be collected on the agreed check-out date. Failure to collect within 3 days (without prior arrangement) will be considered abandonment, and HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE reserves the right to take necessary action.
8. Consent.
By proceeding with a booking, the owner confirms that:
All information provided is true and accurate.
They accept the risks associated with boarding.
They release HOTEL KUCING PAO AND PINE from any claims, damages, or liabilities except in cases of proven negligence.
9. Agreement.
Upon payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
